GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is composed of two parts: power center cabinet (PC) and motor control center cabinet (MCC). It is suitable for AC 50Hz-60Hz, rated working voltage 690V and below, for all power generation or distribution and power use occasion.
GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is widely used in power plants, substations, power distribution centers , factory and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings.

Conditions of Use

• The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
• The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃, and the surrounding air temperature is not lower than -50℃;
• Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, the relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40°C, and higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower, for example: +20°C: 90%;
• There is no place with fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration;
• Tilt not more than 5° to the vertical;
• This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25°C ~ +55°C, within a short period of time (not more than 24h) not exceeding +70°C;
• If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user should ask the manufacturer when placing an order and negotiate a settlement.

Structure

The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combined assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are connected to each other by screws to form a basic frame, and then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, bus bars and electrical components are added as needed. And other parts, assembled into a complete switch cabinet, this cabinet has the following characteristics:
• The frame is made of shaped steel, using three-dimensional corner plates for positioning, and bolted connection without welding structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, and improve installation accuracy.
•The mounting holes of the frame and parts are changed according to the modulus E=20mm.
•The internal structural parts are galvanized. After the exterior is pickled and phosphated, it is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
